After working behind a computer for far too long, I decided to go back to school for something completely different and far more fulfilling. What began as a practical choice, became a passion.

My training includes:

• a 1000hr COMTA licensing at Brian Utting School of Massage

• national accreditation as a massage therapist (NCTMB• a BA in Psychology

• a 4 yr shamanic apprenticeship with Char Sundust learning tradtional, native healing methods influenced by the healing practices of the native NW and of Central America

• advanced cranial sacral training with Ursula Popp

• jin shin do & jin shin tara (acupressure modalities based on 5 element/meridian medicine). think acupunture without the needles..

Sessions utilize a few or all of these modalities depending on the individual needs of each person.
